ITEM 2. CONSIDER A MOTION TO ADJOURN TO EXECUTIVE SESSION TO
DISCUSS STRATEGY WITH COUNSEL IN MATTERS THAT ARE
PRESENTLY IN LITIGATION OR WHERE LITIGATION IS PENDING OR
IMMINENT WHERE ITS DISCLOSURE WOULD BE LIKELY TO
PREJUDICE OR DISADVANTAGE THE POSITION OF THE
GOVERNMENTAL BODY IN THAT LITIGATION.
Throgmorton: I will be recusing myself from this particular action.
Cole: As will I.
Throgmorton: So I think that means we turn things over to Kingsley.
Botchway: Think you've already said it so I guess we were gonna ... motion on the floor.
Mims: So moved.
Botchway: Moved by Mims (several talking) Seconded by Thomas. Discussion? All right!

Cole: Oh so we can vote.
Botchway: Okay. Roll call (several talking) All those in favor. All those opposed same
sign. All right, motion carries.
