Council agreed to defer discussion of Saturday's budget presentations and three-year financial plan to the first Work Session in February (February 7). DISCUSSION AND WRAP-UP The Mayor thanked staff for the presentations and opened discussion for questions. Council Members identified the following items for further discussion: • Foster Road Extension [Unfunded] • Color coded map of Capital Improvement projects including investments • More West side development projects • Maintenance Building Repairs • Access Center [Currently not in budget.] • Robert A. Lee Recreation Center Improvements • Utilizing Neighborhood Parks and Open Space City Manager Fruin stated that in order to prepare, staff would appreciate knowing of any potential changes that may be brought up at the February 70' Work Session.
