CLARIFICATION OF AGENDA ITEMS
Item 6b ... County Rezoning Letter Herbert Hoover Highway... Mayor Throgmorton
questioned date on letter BEFORE Council concurred. City Attorney Dilkes stated that is was a
draft and date would be changed when letter is sent.
Item 4e(1) ... Code Amendment off -Street Parking... Council Member Thomas asked for
clarification pertaining to "Downtown Planning District" or "Downtown District" City Attorney
Dilkes later stated it was correct as stated "Downtown Planning District."

City Manager Fruin stated that the Equity Report will be placed in the next Info Packet to
help facilitate discussion on disproportionality for April 18th meeting.
➢ IP6...Proposed Council Meeting Schedule (June — August)... Council Members agreed
to cancel the July 4'6 meeting date and confirmed the rest of schedule as presented. (If
extra meetings are necessary they will be determined at a later date.)
➢ Late Handout... Joint Meeting Agenda Items for April 17'": Council Members agreed to
place the following items on agenda: (1) ICCSD Bond Issue; (2) Minimum Wage. (A
proclamation in support of $10.10 minimum wage will be included on the April 18
agenda.)
Mayor Throgmorton noted City Clerk Guidry's resignation and congratulated him and
wished him the best with his new job at Pearsons. The Mayor asked the City Clerk
Search Committee to reconvene and come back to the April 18�' meeting with
recommendations.
