Review of Saturday's work session
Mayor Throgmorton introduced the item, and requested input from Council Members on budget
it or concerns after the staff budget presentations the previous Saturday. Council agreed to
defer discussion of Saturday's budget presentations and three-year financial plan to the next
Work Session on January 16.
FY18-FY22 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM (CIP)
City Manager Fruin announced that the majority of the presentation would be made through a
GIS -based map that once the CIP is finalized will be a tool for residents to drill into specific
areas of town and understand what improvements may be coming up in a neighborhood.
PW Dir. Knoche gave opening remarks and overview of how Capital Improvement presentation
would be presented starting on pg. 497, noted on-going projects, and facilitated a GIS -based
presentation (archived with the City Clerk). Finance Director Bockenstedt gave an overview of
the CIP program calendar and the Capital Projects Fund by Division. (pgs. 497-602)
