Ordinance conditionally rezoning approximately 7.84 acres from Interim
Development Research Development Park (ID-RP) zone to Planned
Development Overlay/Low Density Multifamily (OPD/RM12) zone located
west of Camp Cardinal Boulevard and east of Deer Creek Road. (REZ17-
00015) (Pass and Adopt)
Throgmorton: This is pass and adopt. Could I get a motion please?
Mims: Move adoption.
Cole: Second.
Throgmorton: Moved by Mims, seconded by Cole. Discussion?
Throgmorton: So,my recollection is that there are at least four people present who originally
voted yes?
Cole: That's correct.
Throgmorton: Yeah. Ok, so that matters for how I vote. So roll call please.
