HomeMy WebLinkAboutDecember 2018Make bill-paying easy with SurePay!
If you sign up to have your City utility bills paid with SurePay, you won’t have to worry about getting your check in the mail on
time or accruing extra fees for late payments — because with SurePay, the City will take your utility payment
directly from your checking or savings account each month. No more bill-paying hassle or extra late fees,
since your payment will never be late, lost or forgotten. You will receive an email or paper statement
every month to tell you exactly how much will be taken out of your bank account, and on what date, to
help you keep track of your utilities and your budget.
HOW TO SIGN UP: Fill out the application form at www.icgov.org/utilities. Your application will be
processed in two to three weeks. Please note: While your account is being set up, you should submit
payment for any bill that does not include the word “SurePay” in the “total balance due” box. Also, any
future changes to your checking, savings, or utility account will require a new SurePay application.
