Renewal of a 3-year Contract Resolution Authorizing the Renewal of a 3-year Contract for 13 33 I Asphalt Shingle Collection, Processing, and Marketing Services. Comment On September 12, 2014 the Purchasing Division issued a Request for Proposal for Asphalt Shingle Collection, Processing, and Marketing Services. The contract was awarded to LL Pelling Company. The initial term of the contract was for 3 years,with the option to renew for 2 additional 3-year periods. This Resolution authorizes the City to extend the contract for an additional 3-year period and authorizes the City Manager to effectuate future contract renewals. Landfill Dual Extraction System Construction Resolution accepting the work for the Landfill Dual Extraction 1 g - 3 Z System Construction Project. Comment The project has been completed by Tri Con Works of Houston, Texas, in substantial accordance with the plans and specifications. Zoning code amendment related to transfer of development rights for historic properties Ordinance amending Title 14, Zoning Code of the Iowa City Code related to Transfer of Development Rights for certain historic properties. (ZCA18-00003) Comment At its October 18th meeting, by a vote of 6.0 (Baker absent), the Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of this amendment,which would allow transfer of development rights city-wide for certain historic properties. The Planning and Zoning Commission will discuss the Council's request for a consult at its 12/20 meeting.
