Revised Condition •Added reference to surface parking areas to the condition related to approval and monitoring of landscaping: •Development shall include screening and tree preservation along Dubuque Street and landscaping of surface parking areas in accordance with a detailed landscape plan approved by the City Forester, which the Owner shall monitor and guarantee for five years following planting. The landscape plan shall ensure the preservation of existing trees along the Dubuque Street frontage in excess of the code requirement. Conclusion •No additional protest petitions received.
