Review of Saturday's Work Session
Mayor Teague welcomed the public and reviewed with Council the following items that were
indicated for additional review/discussion from the 1/4 budget work session in addition to the
memo from the City Manager — Follow-up from January 4, 2020 (distributed in the 1/6 late
handouts):
1. Aid to Agencies
2. Financial Assistance Forest View Neighborhood
3. Breakdown of Temporary positions to permanent status
4. Exploration of the Local Option Sales Tax
FY20-FY24 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM (CIP)
Public Works Director Knoche gave opening remarks and an overview of how Capital
Improvement presentation would be presented starting on pg. 487, noted on-going projects, and
facilitated a GIS -based presentation (archived with the City Clerk). Finance Director
Bockenstedt gave an overview of the CIP schedule, spending by division, funding sources and
yearly expenditures.

attend..
