Exploration of the Local Option Sales Tax FY20-FY24 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM (CIP) Public Works Director Knoche gave opening remarks and an overview of how Capital Improvement presentation would be presented starting on pg. 487, noted on-going projects, and facilitated a GIS -based presentation (archived with the City Clerk).
