Executive S ummary:
As directed by Title 9, C hapter 1, Section 3B of the C ity C ode, this is to advise the City Council of
the following action:
Pursuant to S ection 9-1-3A (12); E stablish "No Parking A ny Time" parking prohibition on the south
side of Cherry Avenue and on the inside of Toby Circle.
Background / Analysis:
T his action is being taken to prohibit on-street parking on one side of the street. T his is to ensure
the safe passage of vehicles as the newly constructed streets are less than 28 feet in width.
