An electronic meeting is being held because a meeting in person is impossible or impractical
due to concerns for the health and safety of Commission members, staff and the public
presented by COVID-19.
You can participate in the meeting and can comment on an agenda item by joining the Zoom
meeting via the i nternet by going to:

If you are asked for a meeting ID, enter 965 4138 2591 to enter a 'Waiting Room' for the
meeting. If you have no computer or smartphone, or a computer without a microphone, you
can call in by phone by dialing (312) 626-6799 and entering the meeting ID when prompted.
Providing comment in person is not an option.

and form of contract for the Runway 7/25 Rehabilitation East End

Resolution number
Resolution setting a public hearing on May 13, 2021 for the plans,
specifications, form of contract, and estimate on cost for the
construction of "Runway 25 Threshold Relocation" project, and
directing City Clerk to publish notices of said hearing, and directing
the Chairperson to place said plans on file for public inspection.
Be it resolved by the Airport Commission of the City of Iowa City:
1. That a pubic hearing on the plans, specifications, form of contract, and estimate
of cost for the construction of the above -mentioned project is to be held on the
13th day of May, 2021 at 6:00 p.m. in the Iowa City Airport Terminal Building,
1801 S. Riverside Drive, Iowa City, Iowa, or if said meeting is cancelled, at the
next meeting of the Airport Commission thereafter as posted by the City Clerk. If
the meeting is held electronically due to health and safety concerns from COVID-
19, the meeting will be an electronic meeting using Zoom Meetings.
2. That the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to publish notice of the
public hearing for the above -named project in a newspaper published at least
once weekly and having a general circulation in the City, not less that four (4) nor
more than twenty (20) days before said hearing.
3. That the copy of plans, specifications, form of contract, and estimate of cost for
the construction of the above -named project is hereby ordered placed on file by
the Chairperson in the office of the City Clerk for public inspection
