HomeMy WebLinkAboutSouth District FBC Grant Program Overview ApplicationUse of Funds: Subject to the terms of a grant agreement, funds may be used to reimburse developers for costs associated with: - Professional engineering (e.g. subdivision plat, sensitive areas development plan, construction drawings), - Architectural (e.g. building elevations), &/or - Design services (e.g. floor plans). Execution of a grant agreement, however, does not constitute City Staff or Council approval of any project plans. The City may act as a co-applicant for rezoning applications that demonstrate a strong commitment to the City’s goals and objectives for the South District. Funds must be used within 18 months of execution of a grant agreement. Funds cannot be used for work already completed. Funds will not be released until the applicant submits paid invoices or receipts, and final deliverables (e.g. plat, elevations) that demonstrate consistency with the South District Plan & form-based code to the City. Application Deadline: Interested property owners must submit the attached application by February 25, 2022. Applications will be considered as they are received until all funding is allocated.
