Narrative of Offense Committed
On or about the above stated date and time,the Defendant did
assault the victim by intentionally pointing a firearm toward him.
AFFIDAVIT
STATE OF IOWA, JOHNSON COUNTY
I,the undersigned,being duly sworn,state that all facts contained in this Complaint and Affidavit,known by me or told to me by other reliable persons form the basis for my
belief that the defendant committed this crime
State all facts and persons relied upon supporting elements of alleged crime
On the above date and time the def.was at the above location engaged in physical and verbal dispute with his grandmother.The victim had received a phone
call from someone to respond to this location and mediate the dispute.The victim arrived on scene and once inside the residence was assaulted by the def.The
def.reached behind a couch,grabbed a gmm Ruger firearm and pointed it at the victim.The victim managed to wrestle the gun away from the def.and flee theresidencetocallpolice.The victim told police the def.stated the he was going to end him before he managed to flee the scene. Police arrived on scene,the def.
was barricaded inside of the residence and ultimately surrendered to police atter an hr.
