On the above date and time the victim told police the deL assaulted her at the above location by slapping her in the face with his hand and punching her in the
face.The victim showed police bruising to her nose caused after being struck by the def.The victim told police the def.was upset for no known reason,the def.
had been drinking prior to assaulting the victim.
