Narrative of Offense Committed
On or about the above stated date and time,the Defendant did
commit a domestic assault against ,with intent to inflict serious injury
AFFIDAVIT
STATE OF IOWA, JOHNSON COUNTY
I.the undersigned,being duly sworn,state that all facts contained in this Complaint and Afidavit,known by me or told to me by other reliable persons form the basis for my
beret that the defendant committed this crime
State all facts and persons relied upon supporting elements of alleged crime
On the above date and time the defwas at the above location involved in a physical dispute with the victim.The victim called for help and the de?s father came
over to mediate and calm the situation.The victim told police the def.came into her bedroom,pulled her from the bed and began assaulting her today.The
victim told police she was punched all over her upper torso and face area at least a dozen times by the def.Police observed injuries on the victim consisting with
her statement.The victim stated she sustained injuries to her wrist,and eye caused by the de?s actions.The victim's wrist were bleeding and bruising to her eye
was seen by police.The def had been drinking before assaulting the victim.
