Need and Priority Community Need (Q1) Proposal addresses a variety of services such as combatting worker abuse and wage theft and provide education. Provision of public services are a high priority need in City Steps. Services Provided (Q3) Proposal requests operational funding for services. Project contributes towards achievement of goals in City Steps – specifically provision of public services. II. Impact and Delivery Benefit to Low Income Person (Q8) Primary targets are immigrants and low wage workers. Commissioners may also consider cost effectiveness for the extent of services. III. Evidence of Financial Capacity Collaboration/Operations Plan (Q7 and Form C) Collaborations with other agencies such as Iowa Legal Aid referenced. Agency Budget (Q5 and Form C) FY23 agency carryover is negative. Three-year carryover average is $12,075. No reserve funds listed.
