· The location is limited to Black Hawk Mini Park/the stage south of the fountain.
· No sale, transfer, or assignment of the amplified sound permit is allowed without written consent of
the City.
· No sign or advertisement is allowed except for a sign identifying the permittee.
· Cords and wiring must be secured to the ground and placed out of pedestrian traffic flow.
