Narrative of Offense Committed
On or about the above stated date and time, the Defendant did
discharge a firearm in a reckless manner resulting in property damage
NARRATIVE
The defendant took possession of a firearm from another person and shortly thereafter used that firearm to shoot the victim without justification. The victim was
struck multiple times and received serious injuries from the assault. The defendant then left the scene of the crime and changed clothes nearby in an attempt to
disguise his identity before leaving the area in which the crime was committed. There were multiple other pedestrians and bystanders in the area when the
defendant started shooting. Casings struck windows on a nearby building, causing damage, estimated $500 in damage.
