MARCH 11, 2010
Iowa City City Council special meeting, 8:30 a.m. at City Hall. Mayor Hayek
presiding. Council Members present: Champion, Dickens, Hayek, Mims, Wilburn,
Wright. Absent: Bailey. Staff members present: Helling, Holecek, Karr, O'Malley,
Lewis.
Moved by Wright, seconded by Wilburn, to adopt RES. 10-74, SETTING A
PUBLIC HEARING ON MARCH 23, 2010, TO DISCUSS THE PROPOSED
OPERATING BUDGET FOR THE FISCAL YEAR JULY 1, 2010, THROUGH JUNE 30,
2011. Affirmative roll call vote unanimous, 6/0, Bailey absent. The Mayor declared the
resolution adopted.
Moved by Wilburn, seconded by Dickens, to adjourn special meeting at 8:31 a.m.
The Mayor declared the motion carried unanimously, 6/0, Bailey absent.
